Crime prevention and narcotics control teams stationed at the Mae Thaw police checkpoint on the mountain road in Tak Province have intercepted a delivery truck heading to Mae Sot, seizing anti-drone system components, related electronic devices, and 24 types of drone spare parts.

The seizure took place at approximately 4:00 AM on August 8. The confiscated items included drone signal transmitters and receivers, propellers, display screens for drone image reception, and various electronic spare parts used in drone assembly. Authorities noted that all items were being transported without any customs clearance documentation.

According to inspections by the Mae Thaw police, the seized drone equipment lacked official import documents, customs approvals, and the necessary product certification from the country of origin.

Currently, all drone equipment has been confiscated as evidence. According to statements from Thai authorities, investigating officers at the Mae Thaw Police Station are continuing their efforts to track down and arrest the owners and the intended recipients of the illicit cargo.
